Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at walyalo. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy complies fully with EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Return & Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the physical goods. You do not need to provide any justification for your return within this period.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • In its original, intact packaging.

  • Clean and complete with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item or receive verifiable proof that the item has been shipped back, we will process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the exact same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any processing fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of shipping the items back to us. Shipping costs from the initial order are refundable at our standard rate; any supplementary costs arising from premium shipping options chosen by the customer are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping expenses incurred.
